Seaward Properties is pleased to announce completion of the sale of the affordable homes at Priors Orchard, Southbourne to Radian Homes.
Radian is an award-winning organisation, employing over 800 staff, providing nearly 21,000 affordable homes in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Surrey, Sussex, and Wiltshire.
The deal provides for 62 affordable units made up of 33 general needs units and 29 shared ownership properties, with sizes ranging from one bedroom flats to four bedroom houses.
The first properties, which are two bedroom shared ownership homes built to Seaward’s exacting high standards, will be ready for occupation by the spring of 2018.
