Seaward Properties was delighted to be present when The Seaman Partnership received a prestigious CPRE Sussex Annual Award for a Seaward development in the category “Making Places Design”.

This award, which recognises design excellence in sustainable construction projects, was for Seaward’s development at Rosemary Lane in Petworth.

The image shows David Seaman of The Seaman Partnership and Seaward’s Land and Planning Director, Steve Culpitt, receiving the award from Lady Caroline Egremont at Petworth House.
