As part of the emerging local plan for New Alresford, Winchester City Council has worked with many organisations to determine the specific development needs across the District. This process has identified land at Sun Lane as the preferred option and the City Council is about to commence a public consultation on the draft local plan to help understand the views of the local community on this proposed site.

Seaward Properties will be attending the Council’s public exhibition on Friday 7 November between 3.00 pm and 7.30 pm at New Alresford Community Centre and will welcome the opportunity to speak to local residents.
