The Government has now confirmed that the housing market will continue to operate during the second lockdown. As a result we are thankful that Seaward Homes will be able to continue with construction on our sites and our sales office and show homes will remain open.
Please be assured that your safety and that of our staff is paramount. We will be operating in line with Government guidance on social distancing and hygiene.
All viewings at Priors Orchard, Maddoxwood and Greenacres will be by appointment only either through our sales office or our selling agents. Contact details are as follows :

The procedure to follow when you arrive at the development will be confirmed to you when you make the appointment. This will include :
Wearing a face mask at all times. We are able to provide these but you are welcome to bring your own. If you do use one provided by us please take it away with you to dispose of safely.
You will not need to touch anything in the sales office or homes as doors will be open to allow access.
You will be given the opportunity to walk around a property on your own while the sales team wait outside. At Greenacres, where the properties are under construction you will be accompanied to ensure your safety. The member of the sales team will maintain a safe distance at all times.
Hand sanitiser will be provided, please use this on arrival and departure.
Maintaining a two metre social distance at all times.
We regret that no children can visit our developments at this time.
Our staff and those from our selling agents will use hand sanitiser before and after each visit and will always wear a mask. Unfortunately we are not able to offer you refreshments during your visit or provide toilet facilities.
Please note that we will not hand out any brochures or other literature but can send you anything you require electronically. All brochures are also available here on the website.
To minimise contact we can complete a reservation form with you over the telephone and the reservation fee can be paid by bank transfer.
It is very important that if you or a member of your household is unwell or showing any symptoms of Covid-19 – or if you are required to self-isolate – that you contact us to rearrange your appointment.
